The objective of this project is to replace “in kind” the existing Strobic Model BS-2/15 Lab Exhaust fan for Building 1 with a new Strobic fan (or approved equal) that meets the performance characteristics of the existing model as designated in this Statement of Work. This Project is located at 598 McElroy Drive, Oxford, MS 38655. Provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to replace the existing Strobic Model BS-2/15 Lab Exhaust Fan with a new Strobic (or approved equal) exhaust fan that will match the design and performance characteristics of the existing fan. This work will include: removing and disposing of the existing fan in a responsible and legal manner, installing a new Strobic fan Including all necessary lift equipment, curb (if necessary), electrical disconnect and reconnect, and weatherproofing for a functional system that is weather tight. factory certified startup of new exhaust fan including verification of flows (design vs. actual) for the Fume Hoods that are served by this exhaust fan.
