The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Southeast Area (SEA) Cotton Ginning Laboratory in Stoneville, Mississippi requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to complete a construction project to Install Guidance Tracks to include: All professional services necessary to sawcut existing asphalt to provide a 810’ (length) x 18” (width)x 12” (depth) trench and install 810’ of USDA furnished C4x4.5 Steel Channel embedded in concrete at minimum 3500 psi. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and specifications contained in the solicitation documents. A single organized site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. CST. Participants will meet at: USDA-ARS Cotton Ginning Facility, 111 Experiment Station Road in Stoneville, MS. Pre-registration to attend the site visit is required no later than Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. CST. Pre-register by email notification to Roger Bright at roger.bright@usda.gov. Provide names of personnel to be in attendance, each firm is limited to two individuals. Wearing of face masks and practicing of social distancing is required at the site visit. Quotes MUST be received no later than 2:00 p.m. CST, Thursday, June 24, 2021. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions.
