The U.S. Department of Agriculture proposes to award a firm fixed price contract to provide all materials, labor, and equipment to furnish all materials, labor, and equipment required in service and replace screenhouse intake and exhaust fans for Bldg. 1, 9, 10 and 24 per the attached statement of work (SOW). This solicitation document incorporates those provision and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. PROJECT LOCATED AT: USDA-ARS, SEA 3225 College Avenue Davie, FL 33314 The Davis-Bacon Act Wage Determinations will be incorporated into this contract.
