This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12405B21-1048828 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). USDA, ARS, AAHRU 990 Wire Road Auburn, AL 36832 Is looking for 1 Year Preventive Maintenance on a HVAC system that fits into the associated Statement of Work. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. Each offer must show a breakdown giving price of each element, provide descriptive literature or information showing that the offered service meets all parts of the Statement of Work. Vendors responding to this announcement shall submit their quote in accordance with FAR 52.212-1.
