Remote SWCA understands this RFQ to be a combined synopsis and statement of work for both the EA phase and the construction phase. This is incorrect. This solicitation is for an Environmental Assessment Study only. The goal of this project is to obtain a draft NEPA document that will cover work involved in a future fencing project. The Statement of Work for the fencing project was included in Appendix A so that the candidate consultant would know what type construction was needing to be assessed from an environmental standpoint. Can you please clarify if the consultant is expected to provide both the EA phase and the construction phase services? Just the EA phase. No construction involved with this solicitation. Additionally, we did not see any reference to Appendix A in the main RFQ. Could you please provide more information? Appendix A is the SOW for the construction project so that the environmental consultant could see the activity that they are assessing for a draft NEPA document.
