The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), has a requirement to provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials, supplies, and related transportation for construction of a chemical EDS for the Aquatic Animal Health Research Unit located in Auburn, Alabama. A detailed description of the needed chemical EDS system is included in the attached Statement of Work. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238990 and is being set-aside and competed between qualified small businesses. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. A site visit will be scheduled for interested contractors. A site visit notice will be posted shortly and will include the date and time for the visit. Please note the amendment to 52.204-24 'Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment', (AUG 2020), which must be addressed by interested contractors. Proposals must be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Randal Barnett, via email at randal.barnett@usda.gov. It is the contractor's responsibility to insure its proposal and any supporting documentation is RECEIVED by the Contracting Officer in a timely manner.
