The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Southeast Area (SEA) Dale Bumpers National Rice Research Center in Stuttgart AR., has a requirement to Remove and Replace one (1) existing Evaporative Cooling System in Greenhouse 7. The work consists of but is not limited to: The contractor shall provide all professional services necessary to remove and replace the existing Evaporative Cooling System at the Dale Bumpers National Rice Research Center in Stuttgart, AR. USDA ARS SEA intends to issue a Request for Proposals for a firm fixed priced construction contract. The solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238220 with a size standard of $16.5M. Contractors shall not directly contact the facility to discuss this requirement. During the solicitation phase, contractors will be provided the opportunity for a site visit and to ask any relevant questions. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute the Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government anticipates issuing an RFP for this requirement on about Aug 26, 2020. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for these services.
