This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12405B20Q0073 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 333316, Camera Manufacturing. This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06. The USDA, ARS, Natural Products Utilization Research Unit requires a Z200 FluorCam Open System with 20x20 cm imaging area including the following: Z200 FluorCam Open System with 20x20 cm imaging area - for chlorophyll fluorescence imaging, includes: control unit, std high sensitivity CCD camera 720x560 pixels, FluorCam7 software with customized protocols, control PC, 2 red LED panels (618nm) for Actinic 1 and two cold white panels for Actinic 2 and saturation pulse, filter for Chl fluorescence, power supply, stand holding the camera and panels, connecting cables, user's guide (HS Tariff - 9027.30.40.80) The equipment is to be delivered to the USDA-ARS, THAD COCHRAN RESEARCH CENTER UNIVERSITY AVENUE, UNIVERSITY, MS 38677.
