Solicitation number is 12405B20Q0036 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334511 - Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing with a small business Size Standard in number of employees 1,250 The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Crop Science Research Laboratory (CSRL) has a requirement for: QTY of two (2) Autosteer-RTK packages (see attached specifications) QTY of two (2) GPS/RTK systems that must be compatible with John Deere 5100E series tractor and John Deere 6120M series tractor. (see attached specifications) Contractor shall deliver the required supplies in a fully functional state to include (all materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, labor, installation, and training). Required delivery date June 1, 2020 Delivery is F.O.B. Destination (shipping included) Delivery must state door to door to the following address: USDA-ARS-CSRL 810 Highway 12 East Mississippi State, Mississippi State, MS 39762 ATTN: Trey Robinson Specifications Requirements: Specifications for (2) Autosteer-RTK packages: Must be compatible with John Deere 5100E series tractor and John Deere 6120M series tractor (2) Steer Command Controllers or similar technology (2) Steering Kits for Generic Compact Open Valve, Open Center or similar technology Must be compatible with Ag Leader software/products All needed necessary equipment for full functionality, but not limited to hydraulic hoses, clamps, etc. All of the above named Autosteer packages must be installed at 810 Hwy 12 East, Mississippi State, MS 39762. Specifications for (2) GPS/RTK systems for John Deere Tractors: (2) Display Bundles with INCOMMAND 1200 and GPS 7500 or compatible technology (2) Cellular Modems with 4G LTE (2) GPS 7500 SBAS to RTK UNLOCK or similar technology (1) Annual File Transfer License All needed cables, kits, etc., needed for full functionality of the GPS/Incommand system for both setups. This must be installed on both tractors at 810 HWY 12 East, Mississippi State, MS 39762. Instructions: Interested vendors should reference the solicitation documents for all terms and conditions. The government expects to achieve best value from the selection of the technically acceptable quotation with the lowest evaluated price. Therefore, the government will select the lowest priced offer meeting or exceeding all technical specifications (including delivery date) that is responsive to the terms and conditions outlined in this solicitation.
