This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12405B20-1011872 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. This solicitation will be a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The USDA/ARS Subtropical horticulture research station 13601 old cutler road Miami, FL 33158 Is looking for a Clean out 50 acres of vines and non-germplasm material with the attached Statement of Work. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract.
