The USDA/ARS intends to award a Firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c)(1) and FAR 11.105(A)(1) and FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i), for Brand Name purposes. Description of Requirement: The objective of this sole source award is to procure the following items: 1. BioMark HD Reader - Including 20 seats Analysis Software: Real-Time PCR, Digital PCR, Genotyping, and 1 Year Instrument Warranty: parts, labor, travel. 2. BioMark HD Reader Installation. 3. Basic Install Application Training. 4. Shipping to the following: USDA/ARS Subtropical Horticultural Research Station 13601 Old Cutler Road Miami, FL 33158 The NAICS code for this requirement is 334516; the small business size standard is 1000 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.
