This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12405B-PR1076958 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 334519 - Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing. This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. The USDA, ARS, USNPRC in Athens, GA requires a High Voltage Amplifier that can reach the output voltage of 0 to ±10 kV. Advanced Energy Trek 610E-G 115VAC HV Amplifier, or comparable that meets or exceeds the following: Output Voltage: 0 to ±1 kV or 0 to ±10 kV Output Current: 0 to ±200 ?A or 0 to ±2000 ?A peak AC Slew Rate: Greater than 35 V/µs Large Signal Bandwidth: DC to greater than 1.2 kHz (-3dB) Gain: 100 V/V (±1 kV) 1000 V/V (±10 kV) Meets any and all other requirements as stated in the attached SOW. Any quotes not meeting the minimum specifications will not be considered. The government anticipates award of a firm fixed priced contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the specifications that will be the most advantageous to the government in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. Responses shall include technical specifications, descriptive material and capabilities of the offeror’s equipment. Offerors shall identity where the offered item meets or does not meet each of the Government's functional and performance minimum specifications listed herein.
