This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with FAR 13 and additional information included in this notice. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION AND A SEPARATE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this acquisition is 123A9424R0007 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 611430 and the Product Service Code is R499. This will be awarded as Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order. Prospective Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any amendments from https://www.sam.gov. The Government reserves the right to award an order without discussions if the Contracting Officer determines that the initial offer is providing best value and discussions are not necessary. However, the Offeror may be given the opportunity to clarify certain aspects of its Proposal, or to resolve minor or clerical errors. Discussion may be needed if significant questions which may affect the award decision arise during evaluation. ***The solicitation does not commit the Government to pay any cost for the preparation and submission of a proposal. It is also advised that the Contracting Officer (CO) is the only individual who can legally commit and obligate the Government to the expenditure of public funds in connection with the proposed acquisition.*** Desciption: Food Safety and Inspection Services, Office of the Chief Financial Officer (FSIS, OCFO) seeks a contractor for Team Building which directly supports OCFO’s strategic goals to Optimize the Workforce and Build a Culture of Collaboration. Specifically, OCFO seeks team building for the organizations leadership team at the Financial Services Center (FSC) Located in Urbandale, IA. OCFO is seeking two team building sessions for FSC Leadership. One session for the Accounts Payable Management Branch (APMB) up to 4 employees and one session for the FSC Leadership Team, up to 10 employees. Totaling up to 14 employees in need of team building.
