The period for submittal of quotations and the deadline for receipt of samples in the laboratories is extended to Wednesday, January 25, 2023. The FSIS/USDA intends to create a new Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Campylobacter Enrichment: Hunt Broth. The total period of performance will be for five years (a base year plus four option years). See attached solicitation (including Standard Form 1449, the Continuation to Standard Form 1449, Evaluation Criteria, and Statement of Work) for specifications. Samples for testing are due to each of the three FSIS/USDA laboratories by January 13, 2023 (as specified in the Statement of Work). Evaluation will be conducted on a "Trade-Off" basis, using the "Appendix A" scoring rubric (included in the solicitation), as well as Past Performance and Pricing considerations.
