This solicitation is amended by the following: 1. Section B.1 (page 28) no longer includes the following: “The Government will compare product specification sheets against the requirements described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)." Instead, this sentence now reads: “The Government will compare quotation specifications against the requirements described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).” 2. Section 7.0(3) (page 35) (Cost Control) is removed from this solicitation. The Data Quality contract will provide assistance to the Office of Planning, Analysis, and Risk Management (OPARM) in addressing data quality issues found in Food Safety Inspection Service (FSIS) data systems and making recommendations to decrease data quality issues in the future. This includes utilizing test data systems, evaluating data tables for data quality issues, and developing SQL code to resolve data quality issues. Python, R, and SQL are the main tools used to complete this work, in addition to Microsoft Suite tools. Please read the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ), including the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and clauses, for further details and instructions.
