The United States Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is interested in establishing a six-month firm-fixed price purchase order for the establishment of communications norms for USDA/FSIS/OCFO. Please read the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ), including the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Evaluation Criteria, and clauses for further details and instructions. All RFQ questions and clarifications and other types of queries shall be submitted, via email, to Thomas Nasvytis, the Contract Specialist assigned to this action, at thomas.nasvytis@usda.gov by Wednesday, September 14, 2022, 5:00pm EST. Responses will be provided not later than Monday, September 19, 2022. Submit all proposals, including pricing, and a signed copy of the SF1449 via email by Tuesday, September 20, 2022, 5:00pm EST to thomas.nasvytis@usda.gov. Evaluation of offers will be made according to the attached Evaluation Criteria, on a Trade-Off/Best Value basis. An award is anticipated to be made on or about September 28, 2022 as a result of this RFQ.

The norms will cover communications internal and external to OCFO and will be allow for tailoring for each OCFO org level combination (Program Area/Division/Branch/Unit).
