The purpose of this 8(a) set aside acquisition is to procure freezer vests, jackets, and coats to protect the United States Department of Agriculture Food Safety Inspection Service workers from cold and freezing temperatures on a Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Amendment 003 includes the following changes/corrections: 1) Option Years 1, 2, 3, & 4 are added back into Section B.4 Proposed IDIQ Firm Fixed Pricing; and 2) Option Years are added back into Section F.1.
