The United States Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is interested in establishing a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, and is seeking a subscription service to a comprehensive Web-based media contact, media relations, response storage, impressions evaluation, social media monitoring, and analytics software in accordance with the Statement of Work. Please read the attached Request for Proposals (RFP), including the Statement of Work (SOW) and clauses, for further details and instructions. Please provide your company GSA # with the proposals, if applicable. The estimated award amount is $600,000 for 5 years, or $120,000 per year for the services. The current contract ends on 8/18/2021, and the incumbent contractor is Meltwater through Mackenzie Marketing Group LLC. All RFP questions and clarifications shall be submitted, via email, to barbara.nelson@usda.gov the Contract Specialist assigned this action and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov the Contracting Officer by Friday, July 16, 2021, 5:00pm EST. Responses will be provided not later than Friday, July 23, 2021. Submit all proposals, including pricing which includes Sections B.4.1 through B.4.5, and a signed copy of the SF1449 via email by Monday, August 2, 2021, 5:00pm EST to barbara.nelson@usda.gov and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov An award is anticipated to be made on or about September 13, 2021 as a result of this RFP.
