The USDA is in need of a 5-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for proficiency testing for 3 labs in CA, GA, and MO. Please review the attached Request for Proposals (#123A9421R0004) and Statement of Work to determine what is required to be submitted.to include a price breakdown of all three labs for the 5-year period for the services. All RFP questions and clarifications, and other types of queries shall be submitted, via email, to barbara.nelson@usda.gov the Contract Specialist assigned this action and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov the Contracting Officer by Tuesday, April 20, 2021, 2:00pm EST. Responses will be provided not later than Friday, April 23, 2021. Submit all business and technical proposals, including pricing which includes Sections B.4.1 through B.4.15, and a signed copy of the SF1449 (page 1, blocks 30a/b/c) via email by Friday, April 30, 2021, 5:00pm EST to barbara.nelson@usda.gov and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov An award is anticipated to be made on or about May 28, 2021 as a result of this RFP.
