The United States Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is interested in establishing a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for procuring pathology boxes for the FSIS Eastern Laboratory in Athens, GA. Please read the attached Request for Proposals (RFP), including the Statement of Work (SOW) and clauses, for further details and instructions. Please provide your company GSA # on the quotes, if applicable. All RFP questions and clarifications; physical proposal content; and other types of queries shall be submitted, via email, to barbara.nelson@usda.gov the Contract Specialist assigned this action and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov the Contracting Officer by Monday, February 1, 2021, 2:00pm EST. Responses will be provided not later than Wednesday, February 10, 2020. Submit all proposals, including pricing which includes Sections B.4.1 through B.4.5, and a signed copy of the SF1449 via email by Friday, February 26, 2021, 5:00pm EST to barbara.nelson@usda.gov and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov An award is anticipated to be made on or about March 15, 2021 as a result of this RFP.
