The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION AND A SEPARATE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. VR headsets are to be used for FSIS’ mission-critical training and recruitment efforts. The vendor shall provide headsets that can be used and configured to demonstrate realistic workplace experiences in the in-plant environment. See attachment for more.
