The USDA wishes to establish a new 1-year maintenance purchase order for software maintenance support for the CLC Genomics Server and CLC Genomics Workstation software during the period from 1 June 2021 through 30 May 2022 (or from 30 September 2021 through 29 September 2022, where indicated). This shall include support/maintenance for the five CLC Genomics Workstation licenses, the one CLC Genomics Server license, and the three job nodes for CLC Genomics Server. Please read the entire attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Statement of Work for additional details and instructions. All RFQ questions and clarifications shall be submitted, via email, to thomas.nasvytis@usda.gov, the Contract Specialist assigned this action, and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov, the Contracting Officer, by Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at 5:00pm EST. Responses will be provided not later than Thursday, May 27, 2021. Submit all proposals, including pricing, and a signed copy of the SF1449 via email by Friday, May 28, 2021, 12:00pm (noon) EST to thomas.nasvytis@usda.gov and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov.
