To meet the needs of the WL requirement for maintaining its ISO 17025 accreditation, an automated temperature monitoring system for required lab equipment is needed for quality control. The Field Service Laboratories are all currently using the Mesa Labs ViewPoint monitoring system. A Maintenance Agreement is needed to ensure that all ViewPoint devices are maintained and repaired or replaced in a timely manner and fully operational to maintain required laboratory temperature/humidity monitoring. The contractor shall provide the following: Annual Support Plan for 61 sensors, 3 repeaters, and 8 access points. The support plan must include the following: Extended Equipment Warranty to replace Access Points, Alert Lamps, Repeaters, and Sensors that fail due to a manufacturing defect. The plan does not cover replacement of AA batteries, micro extension cables or sensor probes. Unmetered 24/7 Customer and Tech Support.
