The USDA wishes to establish a new 5-year Tempo and Masterclaves Preventative Maintenance contract in accordance with the Statement of Work for the Midwestern, Eastern, and Western labs. Please read the entire attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Statement of Work for additional details and instructions. All RFQ questions and clarifications shall be submitted, via email, to barbara.nelson@usda.gov the Contract Specialist assigned this action and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov the Contracting Officer by Wednesday, April 28, 2021, 5:00pm EST. Responses will be provided not later than Thursday, May 6, 2021. Submit all proposals, including pricing which includes Sections B.4.1 through B.4.15, and a signed copy of the SF1449 via email by Friday, May 21, 2021, 5:00pm EST to barbara.nelson@usda.gov and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov An award is anticipated to be made on or about July 1, 2021 as a result of this RFQ.
