The United States Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is interested in establishing a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for for sterile bags, including filter bags, to separate meat particles from enrichment broth for ease of transfer for analysis using a pipettor, for the FSIS Eastern Laboratory in Athens, GA, the FSIS Midwestern Laboratory in Saint Louis, MO, and the FSIS Western Laboratory in Albany, CA. Please read the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ), including the Statement of Work (SOW) and clauses, for further details and instructions. Please provide your company GSA # on the quotes, if applicable. All RFQ questions and clarifications and other types of queries shall be submitted, via email, to Thomas Nasvytis, the Contract Specialist assigned to this action, at thomas.nasvytis@usda.gov by Friday, February 19, 2021, 10:00am EST. Responses will be provided not later than Monday, February 22, 2021. Submit all proposals, including pricing, which includes Sections B.4.1 through B.4.5, and a signed copy of the SF1449 via email by Wednesday, February 24, 2021, 5:00pm EST to thomas.nasvytis@usda.gov. Evaluation of offers will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. An award is anticipated to be made on or about March 8, 2021 as a result of this RFQ.
