The USDA intends to establish a 5-year IDIQ contract for disposable 25/50ml pipets for the Eastern, Western, and Mid-Western Labs. Below are pipets requirements: Sterile, Polystyrene material Disposable Plugged 25 ml and 50 ml volumes Provide both individually wrapped and bulk packaged pipets RNase and DNase free, non-cytotoxic and non-pyrogenic Please review the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ), Statement of Work (SOW), and clauses for further information/instructions. All RFQ questions and clarifications; physical proposal content; and other types of queries shall be submitted, via email, to barbara.nelson@usda.gov the Contract Specialist assigned this action and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov the Contracting Officer by Tuesday, February 2, 2021, 2:00pm EST. Responses will be provided not later than Thursday, February 4, 2021. Submit all proposals, including pricing which includes Sections B.4.1 through B.4.15, and a signed copy of the SF1449 via email by Friday, February 12, 2021, 5:00pm EST to barbara.nelson@usda.gov and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov An award is anticipated to be made on or about March 1, 2021 as a result of this RFQ.
