The United States Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is interested in establishing a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for procuring disposable scalpels for the FSIS Eastern Laboratory in Athens, GA. Please read the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ), including the Statement of Work (SOW) and clauses, for further details and instructions. Please provide your company GSA # on the quotes, if applicable. All RFQ questions and clarifications and other types of queries shall be submitted, via email, to barbara.nelson@usda.gov the Contract Specialist assigned this action and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov the Contracting Officer by Thursday, January 14, 2021, 2:00pm EST. Responses will be provided not later than Thursday, January 21, 2021. Submit all proposals, including pricing which includes Sections B.4.1 through B.4.5, and a signed copy of the SF1449 via email by Wednesday, February 10, 2021, 5:00pm EST to barbara.nelson@usda.gov and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov An award is anticipated to be made on or about March 1, 2021 as a result of this RFQ.
