All material to be supplied by the vendor. Vendor must have an Approved Site Safety Plan for Complex and bldg. 105. All RFP questions and clarifications; physical proposal content; and other types of queries shall be submitted, via email, to barbara.nelson@usda.gov the Contract Specialist assigned this action and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov the Contracting Officer by Tuesday, March 3, 2020, 2:00pm EST. Responses will be provided not later than Tuesday, March 10, 2020.
