The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Services (FSIS) seeks to procure hazardous waste transportation, sampling, analytical services, off-site treatment, storage and disposal as well as training for annual RCRA Refresher training: Department of Transportation, DOT shipping and packaging training; and emergency response for chemical spills for the: 1) Eastern Laboratory, 950 College Station Road, Athens, Georgia 30605; and 2) Midwestern Laboratory, 4300 Goodfellow Blvd., Bldg. 105, Section D & Bldg 141C, St. Louis, MO 63120. All RFP questions and clarifications; physical proposal content; and other types of queries shall be submitted, via email, to barbara.nelson@usda.gov the Contract Specialist assigned this action and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov the Contracting Officer by Wednesday, February 26, 2020, 2:00pm EST. Responses will be provided not later than Wednesday, March 4, 2020. Submit all proposals, including Attachments B & C, Past Performance information, Pricing which includes Sections B.4.1 through B.4.5, and a signed copy of the SF1449 via email by Friday, March 20, 2020, 2:00pm EST to barbara.nelson@usda.gov and cc: tracy.pope@usda.gov An award is anticipated to be made on or about April 13, 2020 as a result of this RFP to provide hazardous waste removal, transport, treatment and disposal services. {Please refer to all attachments}
