The USDA-Forest Service is soliciting a Dock Replacement project on the West Zone of the Superior National Forest. The Contractor will be required to provide all transportation, material, labor, supervision, equipment, operators, tools, supplies, licenses, permits and other incidentals as required in the Schedule of Items and Specifications of the solicitation necessary to perform the services. Details are in the Statement of Work. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: Interested parties are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database is required prior to award of a contract. There is no cost for registration in SAM when registration is completed on the official SAM website (www.sam.gov). SET-ASIDE: This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The NAICS code is NAICS 237990. The Small Business size standard is $45 Million. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: Solicitation 12363N24Q4266 is being issued as an RFQ and will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. Award may be made to a single entity on a best value basis; multiple awards are not expected on this project.
