DESCRIPTION: The USDA-Forest Service is soliciting a fence project on the Great Divide Ranger District on the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. The Contractor will be required to provide all transportation, material, labor, supervision, equipment, operators, tools, supplies, licenses, permits and other incidentals as required in the Schedule of Items and Specifications of the solicitation necessary to perform the services. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: Interested parties are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database is required prior to award of a contract. There is no cost for registration in SAM when registration is completed on the official SAM website (www.sam.gov). SET-ASIDE: This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The NAICS code is NAICS 238990 Fence Installation. The Small Business size standard is $19 Million. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: Solicitation 12363N24Q4241 is being issued as an RFQ and will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. Only one award will be issued.
