"1505AandDCorrected.pdf" Amendment 001: Period of Synopsis has been amended to add five (5) additaional days to the total advertisement period. This method under FAR Part 5 for combined Synopsis/Solicitation is required a full 15 calendar days to 6 March 2024. The original period was on 10. Road decommissioning requires re-distribution of vegetation, full road re-contour, removal of through-fill/turnpike road sections, de-compaction, stream channel restoration, removing ditch relief culverts, installing water bars, road closure devices, clump planting, and seeding and mulching disturbed areas and related work in compliance with its terms, specifications, and provisions. This includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals. This work is being solicited as a performance based service contract, where the Contractor is responsible for an end product. If an end product is not provided in compliance with the contract specifications, an adjustment to the payment will be made.
