Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a 10-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Forest Engineering and Road Maintenance work, including both road maintenance and construction. The period of performance is from summer 2023 through July 2033. The work will be performed across national forests and grasslands in 10 states within Forest Service Regions 1 and 4. The project is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS 237310 with a $45 million size standard. Work is estimated to begin around late July 2023.
