Description of Requirement The Oakridge Ranger District on the Willamette National Forest is soliciting the purchase of 24 each, ODOT approved, used concrete barriers, , to be delivered to it’s facilities. The specifications for the barriers and product acceptance guidelines are contained in section D of the RFQ document. Delivery Date and Delivery Location The barriers will be delivered to 49098 Salmon Creek Rd, Oakridge, OR 97463 within 30 days of contract award. Further delivery date arrangement may be necessary at the time of award. Forest Service personnel will be available to assist with the unloading of freight, to include a forklift. Unloading and placement of the barriers will not be a responsibility of the delivery personnel. Delivery personnel will give two days prior notice of delivery date and time to Paul Patrikus (415-847-4213).
