This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a 10-year Blanket Purchase Agreement for trail maintenance and construction work across all federal forests and grasslands in California. The period of performance is from early Summer 2023 through early Summer 2033. The solicitation is an Open and Continuous request for quotation for the duration of the agreement. The project is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS 237990. All work will be performed across numerous specified national forests and grasslands throughout the state of California.
