Scope of Work for Items: Base Item Forest Service Road 3800000: the scope is to reclaim the existing bituminous surface, estimated 16’ wide, recondition the existing roadbed, where needed, installing new corrugated metal culvert pipe, and placing and compacting aggregate surface course. The installation of corrugated metal is listed under option item #1 (Schedule Items). Location of site: Beginning at the Forest Service Boundary, junction county road N. Fork Creek, and ending at mile post 6.80, junction Forest Service Road 3820000, Colville National Forest, Tonasket Ranger District, Okanogan County Washington. Option Item #2 Forest Service Road 3800475: the scope is to recondition the existing roadbed, 12’ wide, where needed, installing new corrugated metal culvert pipe, and placing and compacting aggregate surface course. Location of site: Beginning junction Forest Service Road 3800000 and ending at mile post 0.14, Colville National Forest, Tonasket Ranger District, Okanogan County Washington. Option Item #3 Forest Service Road 3820000: the scope is to clear and grub, 5’ wide, each side of road, recondition the existing roadbed, 12’ wide, where needed, installing new corrugated metal culvert pipe, and placing and compacting aggregate surface course. Location of site: Beginning junction Forest Service Road 3800000 and ending at mile post 3.58, Forest Service boundary, Colville National Forest, Tonasket Ranger District, Okanogan County Washington. Option Item #4 Forest Service Road 3700000: the scope is to reclaim the existing bituminous surface, estimated 16’ wide, recondition the existing roadbed, where needed, installing new corrugated metal culvert pipe, and placing and compacting aggregate surface course.
