This will include clearing & grubbing; widening roadbed; constructing outlet ditches, a B type drainage dip, turnout, and curve widening areas; constructing a circular turnaround; and spreading 2” base/2” clean crushed aggregate onto roadbed. FR 2100 is located southwest of the town of Fredericktown, MO. From Fredericktown, go 5.1 miles south on Highway 67. Then turn west onto Highway C about 3.1 miles. Turn left onto County Road 411 and go 1.4 miles. FR 2100 will be on your left. Work will begin at 1.8 miles down FR 2100.
