The project consist of contractor funishing all materials, labor and equipment to construct a new 1.05 mile gravel base road with dips, culvert, tourouts and tournaround; and decking timber at a savanna identified by the COR on the Greenbrier Ranger District, on the Monogahela National Forest. Contractor shall be reqired to follow said specifications, plans/drawings, as well as federal, state and local law. See Attachments for specifications and details.
