PROJECT TITLE: Water System Testing for Developed Campgrounds. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This solicitation, identified as 12339520Q0012, is issued as a Request for Quotation using simplified acquisition procedures. Issue date of this combined synopsis/solicitation is April 30, 2020. SET-ASIDE: This solicitation is Total Small-Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 221310; the applicable small business size standard $27.5 million. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Perform water testing services and mixing of chemicals as needed at Stony Fork and Beartree Campgrounds located on the Mount Rogers National Recreation Area of the George Washington & Jefferson National Forests in Virginia. GOVERNMENT ESTIMATE: The Government estimate for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This does not mean that our estimate for the price of the work falls anywhere within that range; it means that our estimate is an actual number that lies at a specific point between those two values.
