USDA's Economic Research Service (ERS) is requesting business establishment time series data for all U.S. establishments from 1990 through 2025, for research and statistical use by ERS and other USDA agencies. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items under FAR Part 12 constitutes the only solicitation, and quotations are being requested. The requirement is unrestricted and not set aside for small business, using NAICS 519290 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. USDA ARS/ERS intends to award on a single source basis, but all responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration, with the Government deciding at its discretion whether to compete the proposed contract based on responses.
