Maintenance Services of HVAC Equipment and Components
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for HVAC maintenance services at the Daniel K. Inouye U.S. Pacific Basin Agricultural Research Center in Hilo, Hawaii. The contract is a firm-fixed price requirements contract for a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods, with a total performance duration not to exceed five years. The evaluation method is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), and the total price evaluation will include the base and all option periods. A site visit is highly recommended and is scheduled for April 23, 2026, in Hawaii. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside.
