This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for boiler replacements at the San Joaquin Valley Agricultural Sciences Center in Parlier, California, set aside for small businesses. Organized site visits are scheduled for April 1 and April 2, 2026, with an RSVP required by March 31, 2026. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing by April 13, 2026.
