Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) intends to issue a BPA Call for Conference Support Assistant and Travel Services exclusively to its existing BPA holders. The contractor will provide services including preparing conference packages, assisting with annual conference planning, and offering customer support. The work is to be performed on-site at the USDA/ARS George Washington Carver Center in Beltsville, Maryland. Award will be made to the BPA holder that submits the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable quote.
