Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined solicitation for drain modifications and equipment removal in the mechanical services building at the Eastern Regional Research Center, set aside for small businesses. The work is to be performed at the Eastern Regional Research Center. Organized site visits are scheduled for March 31 and April 1, 2026, with an RSVP required by March 30, 2026. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing by April 13, 2026. Detailed work requirements and technical data are provided in the attached Statement of Work and supporting documents.
