Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Sources Sought notice for market research only, not a solicitation for bids. The USDA-ARS in Little Rock, AR, is seeking information on the availability of qualified small businesses to provide two Multi-Organ-on-Chip Systems. The government will use the responses to determine the appropriate acquisition method and possible set-aside, but no award will be made from this notice. Interested vendors must submit a detailed capability statement, including confirmation they can provide the systems, their business size, and examples of three similar past projects. Responses are voluntary and will not be compensated.
