Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Request for Quotation for recirculating aquaculture system upgrades, set aside for small businesses with a size standard of $19.0 million. The work will be performed at the National Cold Water Marine Aquaculture Center in Franklin, Maine. Organized, non-mandatory site visits are scheduled for March 17 and 18, 2026, requiring prior registration. Questions from potential bidders must be submitted by March 23, 2026. Bid, Payment, and Performance Bonds are required for this project.
