Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Firm Fixed Price procurement where the government intends to award without discussions, though it reserves the right to hold them. To be considered, offerors must submit a detailed quotation on company letterhead valid for 60 days, a UEI, past performance references as specified in Attachment 3, and a capability statement demonstrating the ability to meet all performance elements. Failure to submit all required items will result in rejection of the quote. Questions regarding the requirement must be submitted by a specified date.
