The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to select a vendor to supply a service contract to be used in accessing data, providing hardware and software support and maintaining GreenFeed units, (#121, 293, 294, 835 and 836) SmartFeed Pros (#402-411), and Smartscales (#94 and 95) that are manufactured by C-Lock Inc. Units are used at the OCPARC-Southern Plains Range Research Station and the Southern Plains Experimental Range located near the USDA-ARS SPRRS, 2000 18th St., Woodward, OK 73801 and OCPARC-El Reno.
