The new date for the site visit will be posted after it has been determined. AMENDMENT 0001 (Dated 01/23/2026): This amendment (0001) is being issued to: (1) Change the date of the scheduled site visit and the deadline to request participation in it. (2) Extend the quote submission deadline. (3) Update the start and end dates of the Period of Performance (POP) on the resulting award. (4) Update the documents in the Attachments/Links setion. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0103 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for HVAC Preventative Maintenance Services that shall include a base and four option years. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-06 dated 08/27/2025. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238220 The small business size standard is $19.0 Million This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Agriculture Priorities and Allocations System (APAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this solicitation. See “Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions (0001)” for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria. There are no additional requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices. Quotes are due by the date/time/time zone listed in the “Date Offers Due” field. Submit quotes to the Primary Point of Contact and Secondary Point of Contact (if applicable) by the “Date Offers Due”. Quotes received after the established “Date Offers Due” deadline will be considered late. Late quotes may only be considered if it is in the Government’s best interest and if it will not unduly delay award. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the Primary Point of Contact and Secondary Point of Contact (if applicable) no later than Monday, February 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST . Answers will be posted at least 48-hours prior to the “Date Offers Due.”. A site visit is scheduled for Friday, February 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM CST at the service location listed on "Attachment 2 - Statement of Requirements (0004)". This site visit is intended to give prospective quoters the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the location and to gauge the scope of work required of the award. Prospective attendees SHALL email the Primary Point of Contact and Secondary Point of Contact (if applicable) with the attendee's full name as it appears on a Government-issued picture ID (which must be presented at the time of the site visit) and citizenship status; and their company name, physical address, email address, and phone number. The deadline for requesting to participate in the site visit is Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 3:00 PM CST. Failure to comply with the registration instructions may result in denial of access to the location and participation in site visit activities.
