The contractor must provide bulk liquid nitrogen on an as-needed basis to Clay Center, Nebraska, with deliveries required within 48 hours for standard requests and within 24 hours for emergencies. The service supports a critical storage facility for valuable genetic material. The period of performance will not exceed five years and six months.
